One of the oldest and favorite Russian national dishes.  It can be with any filling - meat, eggs, cabbage, mushrooms, apples.  Can be a sweet accompaniment to tea and a salty accompaniment to soup, or serve as a stand-alone snack.  A completely vegan option with vegetables or fruits is possible.  Very good option for buffet parties.
